Production Coordinator




Narratively is on the hunt for a meticulous, spreadsheet-loving Post-Production Coordinator/Assistant Editor to join our team. This hire will be specifically focused on Narratively Creative, our production company that translates’s purpose-driven human storytelling for leading brands, publishers, agencies and nonprofits. The role is perfect for someone who is logistically-minded and who loves supporting a creative team with their organizational skills rather than producing creative work themselves. Our Post-Production Coordinator / Assistant Editor will create and coordinate all post-production schedules for all Narratively Creative video projects, of which we occasionally have 10+ in progress at a time. The coordinator will understand all deliverables for each project inside and out — including cut-downs, caption files, stills, etc. They will also act as an Assistant Editor for very basic post-production tasks, including ingesting media, creating proxy files, making small changes/additions to deliveries, and prepping media for our editors.


  • Coordinating and creating all post-production schedules

  • Liaising with clients to gather brand assets and guidelines

  • Ingesting and prepping media for our editor

  • Quality control of all deliveries

  • Embedding caption files into video projects that require them

  • Planning internal edit reviews for our director

  • Communicating notes to the editor, including translating clients' thoughts into tangible next steps for the post-production team

  • Managing a team of post-production freelancers, and understanding their schedules and deadlines

  • Prepping video files for color correction and sound mix

  • Overseeing data storage in-house

  • Implementing new organizational methods for the company


  • Incredibly detail oriented — you never miss a misplaced logo or a misspelled lower third!

  • Meticulous — you're thorough and love seeing a project through to perfection.

  • Logistically minded — you can translate a pile of information into a gorgeous calendar, spreadsheet, or checklist.

  • Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite — you're a Premiere prodigy.

  • Knowledgable in delivery formats, specs, codecs, and all things tech
